SendButler is a social media management tool for the X (Twitter) platform. SendButler is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. Payment processing is provided by Stripe on our behalf.
By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for its intended purpose. Under this license you may not:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your account credentials to any third party.
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or yearly basis.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.
We may offer a free trial for new Subscriptions for a limited period of time. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable Subscription fees unless you cancel your Subscription before the end of the trial period.
You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@sendbutler.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
